Seomra Chormac have been very busy the last few weeks. At the moment we are learning all about food chains and animal adaptation. In English we are writing narrative stories and are also doing a lot of very good reading! In Maths we have been discussing and working with money, along with improving our tables. We are very lucky at the moment because we have a GAA trainer on Fridays and he is helping improve the children’s understanding of the game! Sa Ghaeluinn táimid ag foghlaim nath cainte nua, ‘Táim spalptha leis an tart’ agus tá na páistí á úsáid gach lá!
I hope you all enjoyed the Winter break. It is unfortunate that we find ourselves in
this difficult situation but I am confident that we will survive the challenges we face
and be stronger for it.

as there may be more than one child accessing devices. We don’t want you to be
overwhelmed however. It is important that children stay connected with their learning
and we want to support them as much as we can. With that in mind , we will put up new
ideas and suggestions on the website each week in addition to what teachers will be
